Marketing Intern (Game Industry) - Fulltime

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern/Fresher to join our team! You will gain hands- on experience working on exciting campaigns across digital platforms, from social media to paid ads. This is a great opportunity to develop your marketing skills and contribute to real projects.

Key responsibilities
Content Creation & Ideation
- Develop ad creatives for multiple ad networks (Google, Meta, TikTok, Unity, etc.).
- Generate creative content ideas (text, video, image) for ad campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to produce high- quality visuals.

Digital Advertising & Campaigns
- Analyze ad performance and suggest content improvements.
- Assist in executing and optimizing digital ad campaigns.
- Research and test new content formats to improve performance.

Social Media & Trends
- Support social media content planning and audience engagement.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging content formats.

Performance Optimization & Analytics
- Assist in A/B testing and optimizing ad creatives.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports.

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align content with goals.
- Support coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Knowledge:
- Graduated/Soon to graduate Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, and related fields.
Must work 100% full- time in the office
- Have 3- 6 months of experience in Content Marketing/ Performance Marketing/ Digital Marketing
- Familiarity with major ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
- Basic understanding of performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
Skill:
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong creativity in generating content ideas (text, image, video).
- Proficient in English communication
- Ability to research and apply marketing trends to content creation.
- Analytical thinking for evaluating ad performance and optimizing content.
