Marketing Intern

Marketing planning & execution (80%)
- Coordinate with in- house teams (Production, HR & Finance) and suppliers to prepare and execute timely marketing activities that support the commercial plan and to manage and oversee the production of marketing collaterals, goodies, presentation materials etc. following the brand guidelines.
- Work closely with Head of Marketing, responsible for the development and execution of marketing plans and initiatives across channels to build brand awareness by identifying the key opportunities (incorporating understanding on advertisers, competition, and external environment) in line with marketing objectives.

- Bring ideas and produce online contents (including social media content, website, email, PR...) to increase digital presence.

- Set up and organize events, series of podcasts, talk shows... to build brand image and leverage industry connections and networking.

- Manage company social media channels, website and mailing list and be responsible for the distribution of external communications.

Research & development (20%)- Monitor, analyze and report facts and insights on advertisers (agencies and brands) and their needs/ trends, in order to provide insights and accurate market information that enables to formulate an effective strategy for the department.

- Measure the effectiveness of Marketing activities and build reports to generate insights and make recommendations for improvement.

- Other tasks assigned by line manager.

- Experience of using marketing tools/ platforms such as Mailchimp, Hubspot, Onmic is more preferred.
- Experience in digital marketing, event, PR professional role. Knowledge of advertising industry and video/TVC production is a plus.
- Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and can- do attitude. Be able to bring up new ideas/opportunities and pursue them.
- Excellent research, organizational, and time management skill, the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Graduated from College / University, preferably in Marketing, Economics.
- Good English speaking & writing skill is a big plus.

- Creative & basic knowledge of design, experience of using Canva is also an advantage.
