We’re now seeking a Marketing Lead to own and build our marketing engine — driving visibility, generating qualified leads, and positioning KVY TECH as a top choice for AI & ecommerce technology in Southeast Asia.
Role Overview
You will work directly with the CEO and Business Development team, supported by a junior marketing executive and outsourced specialists (design, SEO, paid ads).
This role is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, hands- on, and excited to research, experiment, and dominate new markets.
As Marketing Lead, you will be the first senior marketing hire and will play a pivotal role in building and leading KVY TECH’s marketing function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Positioning
Define KVY TECH’s brand positioning in AI & Ecommerce across SEA markets.
Shape and maintain messaging for our ICPs (Heads of Ecommerce, CTOs, Founders).
Develop and execute the marketing roadmap aligned with business growth objectives.
Demand Generation
Build and maintain a steady pipeline of MQLs → SQLs.
Design and launch multi- channel lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn ABM, SEO, paid ads, events, email).
Develop and optimize Account- Based Marketing (ABM) programs targeting high- value accounts.
Content & Brand Building
Develop lead magnets (assessments, audits, benchmarks).
Lead production of thought leadership (case studies, teardown posts, reports).
Ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Events & Partnerships
Identify and manage industry events and speaking opportunities.
Build co- marketing campaigns with platforms and partners (Shopify, Medusa, Strapi, AI vendors).
Analytics & Optimization
Report results and insights monthly to leadership.
Own marketing dashboards and KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution).
Track campaign ROI and continuously improve based on performance.
You’re a Great Fit If You…
Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in lean, fast- moving environments; enjoys ownership and experimentation.
Strong research and market exploration skills — can map new landscapes, competitors, and tools quickly.
Hands- on experience in ABM, LinkedIn campaigns, events, and content marketing.
Experience: 4–7 years in B2B marketing, ideally in IT services, SaaS, or consulting.
Proven track record of driving demand generation and pipeline (not just awareness).
