Mô tả công việc

Work closely with cross- functional teams, including product management, engineering, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
Plan and coordinate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand- ups, and retrospectives, ensuring team participation and continuous improvement.
Assist in managing the marketing backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business value and resource availability.
Stay up- to- date with the latest trends and best practices in Agile and LEAN methodologies, and propose improvements to the marketing team&039;s processes
Monitor and report on the progress of marketing initiatives, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to optimize workflow.
Continuously assess and improve marketing processes using LEAN principles, eliminating waste and maximizing value creation.
Facilitate the adoption of Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, within the marketing team to enhance productivity, adaptability, and delivering value to customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and maintain efficient collaboration systems, such as Jira, Confluence, or Slack, to streamline communication and project management.
Train and coach team members on Agile and LEAN methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Facilitate the creation and maintenance of documentation, such as user stories, product backlogs, and process workflows.

Yêu cầu công việc

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and data analysis tools is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role, with a focus on implementing collaboration systems and Agile methodologies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
Strong facilitation and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate teams towards a common goal
Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Slack).
Self- motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast- paced, dynamic environment.
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and LEAN principles, with proven experience in their practical application.

- Tết holiday is from 10 to 12 days.

- Probation has 6 days off, official has 7 days off. Can be arranged any day of the month
- Standard food cost is $15 per day
There is a leave regime, if you take additional leave, it will be unpaid leave.

- The probationary period ranges from 1 to 3 months, will be discussed clearly when offering candidates. But in the meantimeIf the candidate has good results on probation, the probation period can be shortened or proactively shortened.

- Employees are provided with Macbook pro (IT), Macbook air (back office) M3 chip generation devices
- Hybrid working mode: Combination of going to the office and working in the apartment.

- The company supports all high- standard accommodation, electricity and water regimes: Rent apartments in the central district of Bangkok (or atcapital cities of other countries), standards like Vinhomes in Vietnam or higher.

- Working hours are from 9am- 6pm daily.

- The number of people in each apartment depends on the number of bedrooms (Senior or more private rooms). Apartment complexes have swimming pools
