Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and potential opportunities.
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company&039;s overall business objectives for Wi- Fi devices, cameras, and information technology products.
Product Marketing:
Collaborate with the product development team to understand product features, benefits, and unique selling points.
Develop product positioning and messaging to effectively communicate the value proposition to the target audience.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and SEM, to drive online traffic and generate leads.
Monitor digital marketing metrics and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
Content Creation and Marketing Collateral:
Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, sales presentations, and product guides to support sales teams and promotional activities.
Create engaging and persuasive marketing content, including product descriptions, blog posts, videos, and infographics.
Brand Management:
Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence to brand standards in all marketing communications.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Event Management:
Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and product launches to showcase the company&039;s products and build relationships with customers and partners.
Public Relations and Media Relations:
Build and maintain relationships with relevant media outlets to secure media coverage.
Manage media relations, including press releases, media inquiries, and interviews.
Marketing Budget Management:
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost- effectiveness and optimal allocation of resources.
Team Leadership and Coordination:
Lead and motivate the marketing team, providing guidance and support in executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Coordinate with cross- functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
Marketing Analytics and Reporting:
Other tasks as assigned by the BOD.
Track and analyze marketing metrics and performance to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management for informed decision- making.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the Wi- Fi devices, cameras, or information technology industry.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• More 3year+ relative industry experience
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and data- driven decision- making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross- functional teams.
• Leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide the marketing team.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master&039;s degree is a plus
