Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the image and success of the company. Responsible for crafting and executing marketing strategies, the Marketing Manager is essential in driving growth and market share.This position aims to attract high foot traffic and boost sales turnover for our products. It is about positioning lighter and spray product as the market leader, enhancing brand awareness, and fostering positive relationships with stakeholders. This role requires creative, strategic thinking, and a dedication to practical, attractive marketing activities.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Licensing: Ensure that all necessary licenses are secured for Marketing and Promotional Activities
Updating marketing, setting marketing budgets, monitoring performance
Compliance: Ensure adherence to all occupational health and safety requirements, as well as compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve growth targets and maximize sales revenue.
Team Building: Contribute to building a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
Marketing Plan Development & Execution: Create and implement a Marketing Plan that focuses on increasing foot traffic and retailer turnover in a socially responsible manner.
Develop and manage the company’s marketing programs, including implementing marketing plans and budgets

进行市场调研与分析，研究同行.业界发展状况，定期进行市场预测及情报分析；
组织制定销售战略.计划.策略.预算及价格策略.绩效考核；
建立完善市场部工作流程以及制度规范；
制定市场推广费用预算及市场部全年整体财务预算制定.控制以及完善激励考核制度；

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Licensing: Ensure that all necessary licenses are secured for Marketing and Promotional Activities at the market

Marketing Plan Development & Execution: Create and implement a Marketing Plan that focuses on putting new product on the market

REQUIREMENT

Industry Preference: Preferred experience in Marketing for New Product (B2C)
Communication: Excellent communication skills, particularly in advertising and branding.
Innovative Mindset: An experimental mindset with a passion for self- challenge.
Event Experience: Extensive experience in organizing events and activities.
Project Management: Strong project management and time management skills.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a Marketing Manager or similar role

Agency Knowledge: Experience in a marketing agency or knowledge of marketing agency business is a plus.

确定本品牌VM策略，协助营销策划部设计、完善品牌VM
新品上市的陈列指导、促销活动的陈列指导等
