OBJECTIVES
Marketing manager is responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using a variety of data to drive volume and profitability, focusing on achieving brand business objectives in the short and long term.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and develop brand strategy.
• Work with cross- functional partners to develop and execute short- and long- term brand strategies to exceed company objectives
• Develop brand’s KPI.
• Ensure the growth in brand awareness, preference, and loyalty of brands
• Develop the brand&039;s annual budget plan.
• Support long- term innovation strategy: You will support the team in building the long- term innovation strategy, leveraging macro- trends and consumer and business insight to craft a strategy that will deliver against our strategic priorities today and tomorrow.
• Create a mechanism to control, evaluate and fix arising problems to ensure brand consistency.
Develop and oversee the implementation of communication and marketing plans
• Oversee the development and implementation of campaigns to promote brand and revenue, including:
- Exhibitions, fairs, events, sponsorships, cooperation with other brands.
- Key campaigns on major shopping festivals of the year.
- Other derivative programs.
- New store opening campaigns
• Periodically review, remind, evaluate and propose solutions to ensure the campaigns are implemented on schedule and effectively.
• Assign KPIs to each brand assistant manager to measure the implementation of campaigns.
• Allocate budget for each group of campaigns/ branches/ communication channels, manage brand’s budget
• Develop plans for brand communication, marketing, promotions in each region, branch, and market based on the company&039;s strategic direction, short, medium and long- term goals.
• Ensure that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.
• Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.
Product development
• Review and evaluate the success level of business products.
• Coordinate with the creative department, factory engineering team, design department, merchandise strategy department, and sales department to plan and implement the design, production, and purchasing of new products and services. Special collections suitable for the target customer group, different from competitors, creating a long- term competitive advantage for the brand and maximizing revenue.
Drive revenue
• Coordinate with the sales department, merchandise strategy, Retail Marketing department, Omni channel and related parties to regularly monitor, propose programs and implement promotion programs, ensuring achievement achieve business, revenue and new customer goals for the year
Collaborate and work closely with relevant departments/ divisions in accordance with the company&039;s processes and regulations.
• Analyze brand, consumer insights and competitive trends, and recommend actions to be taken
• Work cross- functional (Marketing Division, Retail, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting Division, Branch, Store Operation, …) to gain alignment for key project milestones
Leadership
• Monitor, evaluate, motivate & provide professional trainings for staffs to improve the qualifications and knowledge of the members of the department
Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager/ company

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or other business related
Experience
• At least 5+ years of experience in brand/ marketing experiences at equivalent roles required along with a proven track record of delivering results
• Experience managing ambiguity and rapid change – demonstrate agility and risk- taking
• 3 or more years of experience in a role leading the development of new or existing products or strategies from conception to implementation
• At least 5+ years of experience developing marketing plans and strategies in collaboration with partner teams

• Proven track record developing program plans that meet/exceed goals and managing program budgets
• Work on multiple projects, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills, able to identify and act upon opportunities for campaign improvement

• Planning & Organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial vision is critical. Identify creative opportunities and challenges; present strategic and creative solutions

• Proven success in building, analyzing, and monitoring KPI, financial data, and success measures
• Familiarity with market research, consumer target, and trends analysis
• Strategic thinker who is able to articulate the brand vision, as well as anticipate and identify consumer needs.
• Ability to identify customer needs and draft strategies and plans that deliver on those needs
