Management and operations activities:
- Plan and implement multi- channel marketing and communication strategies on online platforms to promote the brand
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Prepare annual marketing budget plan for director approval.
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go- to- market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
Image production (priority given to candidates with experience and good aesthetic taste)
- Plan and organize related tasks: Taking photos of collections; taking photos of online shops; taking photos of Look- books; mix & match... to increase recognition and serve the Company&039;s business activities.
- Organize the design of communication publications, design and edit images, ensure correct brand identity and compliance with the Company&039;s communication plan.
Digital Marketing
- Research, deploy and develop Digital Marketing channels to increase brand awareness, reach customers and promote business.
PR
- Implement PR and communication activities on internal and external media: Facebook, Instagram, company website, online newspapers, television, magazines, print newspapers, and other media publications to increase brand awareness.
- Plan and organize the implementation of communication activities for the Collection.
- Build and check the implementation of a synchronized brand identity across the system.
- Plan and organize internal and external events of the Company.
Trade Marketing
- Plan and organize the implementation of incentive programs, customer care activities, dealer openings, showroom openings.
- Plan and organize incentive, promotion and discount activities to boost revenue for the Company&039;s production and business activities.
Customer care
- Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring customer rights.
- Assign, guide, inspect and supervise hotline management work
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Develop and implement incentive and customer care programs to improve service quality and customer experience offline and online.
Perform other tasks as directed by immediate superior.
