We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts and ensuring the success of our promotional activities. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and a proven track record in trade marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement trade marketing strategies:
Identify target audiences and create tailored marketing campaigns to maximize reach and impact.
Work closely with the sales teams to develop comprehensive trade marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Promotional event planning and execution
Take charge of planning, organizing, and executing promotional events, seminars, conferences, and other trade shows.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including sales, marketing, and medical, to ensure seamless coordination and successful event outcomes.
Relationship management with doctors and healthcare professionals:
Leverage strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with key stakeholders.
Manage and nurture relationships with our extensive network of doctors and healthcare professionals.
Provide them with necessary marketing collateral, educational materials, and product information to enhance their understanding and promote product adoption.
Sales support:
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Develop sales enablement tools, such as presentations, brochures, and product samples, to facilitate sales efforts.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide effective marketing support.
Market research and competitor analysis:
Utilize data- driven insights to shape marketing campaigns and enhance market positioning.
Stay updated on market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitors&039; strategies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Budget management:
Develop and manage the trade marketing budget effectively.
Monitor expenses, track ROI, and optimize trade marketing activities to ensure cost efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide regular reports and analyses on trade marketing performance to management.
Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders:
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, medical, and operations, to align trade marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources when necessary.
