+ Main function: This position is responsible for deploying events and promotion programs to attract customers and drive traffic to the shopping mall
+ Working time: Average 5 days/week and in shift (A shift 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM- C shift 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM, about 5- 7 C shifts per month), 2 OFF days/week but not fixed on weekends, some shifts on public holidays.
+ Working location: AEON MALL Hue, Vo Nguyen Giap street, An Cuu, Hue
Create, manage, produce and keep tracking the quantity and quality of Marketing POSM which is related to the mall campaign and activities. Ensure that brand image and latest information of mall and tenants will be delivered appropriately and timely to customers. (15%)
Patrol and supervise marketing activities appropriately and efficiently. (10%)
Base on the results of marketing activities and campaign data, make assigned report (including campaign report, periodic report…) to have appropriated management and evaluation. (10%)
Corporate with agencies/ vendors to run Marketing campaign and activities smoothly and efficiently, align with the company budget and customer satisfaction. (10%)
Handle administration tasks for upcoming campaigns/ activities. (5%)
Other tasks as assigned. (5%)
Be responsible to plan, prepare and execute offline marketing campaigns and activities to attract customers to mall, including seasonal decoration, events, activation, promotion, sales fair… (25%)
Follow up, implement and apply the digital transformation into offline activities to maintain the mall modernism. (10%)
Smoothly cooperate with related parties to build up and implement effective boosting sales and advertising activities for tenants and mall. (10%)
