Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately increase sales for our physiotherapy clinic. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in digital marketing.
Content Development:

Create engaging and informative content for the clinic&039;s website, blog, and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
Develop content that educates potential clients about our physiotherapy services, benefits, and success stories.

Digital Advertising:

Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google and Facebook to increase clinic visibility and drive traffic.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Sales Conversion:

Implement strategies to drive lead generation and customer conversions, ultimately boosting sales for the clinic.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales materials, ensuring alignment with marketing initiatives.

Business Development:

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies from the ground up, aligning them with clinic goals and objectives.
Identify and explore new marketing opportunities, channels, and partnerships to expand the clinic&039;s reach.
Event Planning and Execution:
Organize and host events or sessions to attract potential clients and promote our physiotherapy services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing events and initiatives.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other marketing design tools is a plus
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the marketing field
Proficient in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross- functional team members
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently
Understanding of marketing analytics and data- driven decision making
