Marketing Specialist

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Creative Content (45%)
Develop unique, engaging, customer- focused content strategies that appeal to different demographics to align with key content pillars across all online and offline channels.

Lead content production, including creative photos, videos, campaign briefs, and product launches.
Growth of followers and engagement on organic social media platforms, including Facebook, Youtube, Zalo, and TikTok, create engaging posts.
Develop content and key visuals for product marketing campaigns and distribute content to each appropriate channel.
Creating, managing, and executing Vietnamese website content
Manage content for PR articles
Creation and maintenance of content calendar ensuring remains consistent across all platforms.

Marketing Communication and Partnership: (35%)

Increase Hikvision Brand coverage on CCTV, Display, IT industry group; (Facebook Group, Forum, ...)
Build relationships with the press, media, and relevant partners.
Support in maintaining and strengthening relationships with platinum and Diamond MDs through the MKT campaigns.

Event Marketing Executive (10%)

Become Host –MC in Workshop/Event, ensure Hikvision brand voice at events/workshops.
Follow planning, preparing MKT materials for events (POP, Gifts, marketing materials) collecting data, and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities.
Coordinate with the internal team, partners (NDs, MDs), vendors, and others to establish needs for workshops, events, and processes.

At least 2 years of Marketing position involve defining, managing, and
executing Content Creator, Copywriter, PR
r similar roles.

Ability to work with internal team members and outside partners.
Understanding of the digital disciplines (digital creative, platforms and operations, digital media, social media, and measurement)
Basically using design and creating videos (Adobe family, Vivavideo; CapCut...)
Strong event organizing, organizational skills, and communication skills (Prefer other skills such as hosting livestream, MC, actors...)
Flexibility to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and schedule work effectively in Hikvision’s fast- paced, deadline- driven environment.
Priority is given to candidates with many relationships with the press and journalists
Willing to learn and multi- task
Fluent in English, Chinese is a preference.
Preference will be given to candidates with a long- term commitment
