Marketing Specialist (Content & Digital Marketing)

• Create and manage marketing content, including articles, images, videos, promotional materials...
• Develop and execute marketing plans to enhance BTM Global&039;s branding (Webinars, SEO, Events...).
• Analyze and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and propose improvement solutions.
• Support the organization of events, seminars, webinars, and other marketing activities.
• Manage and optimize the company&039;s social media channels and website.
• Create and execute advertising campaigns to generate potential customer leads (Ads...). Qualify the potential of leads.
• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery Team to ensure consistency in marketing strategy and brand messaging

• Preference for candidates with experience in ERP marketing.
• Proficiency in AI/Creative tools (Chat GPT, Canva, Landipage…) and technologies relevant to marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
• Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High sense of responsibility, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing for software companies in the Vietnamese market.
• Logical thinking, agility, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication, writing, and content creation skills.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads...).
• Analytical skills and experience using analytical tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools...).
