Marketing Specialist (Hcm)

• Interpreting storyboards to tell visual stories that support product learning, understanding, and use.
• Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, and trends in the visual design field.
• Maintain the overall brand visual and assets that follow brand guidelines.
• Source raw materials, creative premiums, and vendors with the highest cost- effectiveness.
• Produce and execute brand materials/videos/premiums/POSM that strictly follow timeline & deadline.
• Support on all required branding activities when needed
• Collaborate with different teams to plan, prepare, and execute branding projects from the ground up & provide quality art and creative direction and onsite digital experiences.
• Maintain the brand identity and overall video, design aesthetic for all online & offline materials.

Education: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in the MKT, Graphic design, Multimedia field.
Experience:
• Having a good network with store decoration & POSM vendors is a big plus.
• A minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in designing brand identities, video creation.
Knowledge Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and Video creation.
Functional Skills
• Native Vietnamese speaker with proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Proficient skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and Video creation.
Other Abilities
• Well organized, responsible, and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.
• Proven ability to deliver high- quality designs to customers.
• Self- learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast- paced environment.
• Ability to travel and work flexibly according to the company&039;s requirements.
• The ability to refine other people’s ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience.
• Diligent, proactive, and self- motivated in work.
