Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a
Marketing Specialist
to support the execution of marketing campaigns, drive customer engagement, and contribute to brand awareness for SkyJoy. This role will be responsible for assisting in digital marketing, content creation, event planning, and performance tracking.

Content Creation & Management: Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop high- quality marketing materials, including social media posts, email newsletters, and campaign assets.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor marketing campaign performance, and analyze key metrics.
Event & Partnership Support: Assist in planning and executing promotional events, sponsorships, and partnerships to expand SkyJoy’s reach.
Social Media & Community Management: Manage SkyJoy’s social media presence, engage with users, and monitor online conversations to enhance brand reputation.
Cross- functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Data, Partnership and Ops to ensure smooth execution.
Agency & Vendor Coordination: Work with external agencies and vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Campaign Execution: Assist in implementing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive SkyJoy’s brand awareness and user engagement.
Market & Competitor Research: Conduct research on market trends, user insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand&039;s growth.

Education & Work Experience

Experience with interated marketing communication
Experience with social media (FB, Tiktok), or creative media industry is a plus ​
Marketing experience in travel, airline, loyalty, lifestyle, OTA or retail is preferred
BS/BA in Marketing or related field
Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience

Skills & Personal Attributes

Comfortable with data, analytics, CRM and loyalty programs coupled with creativity and a passion for branding
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Detail- oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution
