Marketing Specialist

What You&039;ll Do

• Execute multi- platform advertising campaigns across various digital channels, including website, social media platforms, search engines, display networks, and email marketing
• Manage paid, owned, and earned channels to deliver communication goals as well as acquire, convert, and retain users
|• Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant digital content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and other forms of visual content
• Attending the company events, interacting with events attendees for the purpose of improving conversion
• Track and report on all marketing activity performance using analytics tools
• Establish and manage relationships with affiliate partners (KOLs/KOCs/influencer, student ambassador) to generate new leads
• Collaborate with partnership team to organize and follow up with monthly offline events
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices
• Manage budgets, supervise search operations, and optimize bids for performance marketing initiatives
• Plan and execute affiliate marketing activity (develop policies, guidance documents; build sales incentive program; support communication campaigns; conduct livestream; make testimonial video, review, etc.)
|• Other specialized tasks as required by the job

• Gross salary: 13- 15 million VND per month
• Location: eSpace Co- working, 1 Dinh Le Street, Trang Tien Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi
• Working time: 8:00- 17:00, Mon – Friday

What You’ll Need

• Detail oriented work style with good time management and organizational skills
• Experience in working directly with influencer and publisher is a plus
• Proficiency in performance marketing and basic knowledge of SEO
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field with at least 1- 3 years of working experience
• Proficient in data analytics tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio
• Candidate with study abroad experience is preferred
• Fluency in both verbal and written English is preferred
• The capacity to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of and experience working with Affiliate Networks in Vietnam
• Preferential treatment for candidate with ability to work with graphic design software and multimedia tools
