Marketing Specialist

Manage and track budgets to ensure effective ROI measurement.
Collaborate with the event marketing team to research and identify third- party conferences, sponsored events, and hosted partner activities; manage timelines and deliverables to ensure seamless execution, leading to qualified opportunities and sales pipeline growth.
Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive, multi- channel campaign strategies (email, socials, ads…) for demand generation; coordinate with all stakeholders, document campaign plans, and monitor their execution.
Contribute to the content strategy and work with the content marketing team to continuously enhance value for customers.
Create co- marketing campaigns with partner networks across various channels, including digital, social media, and events.
Successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
Enhance demand capture by improving customer experience and utilizing appropriate tools.

Experience with Magento, Shopify, and e- commerce platforms is advantageous.
Possess a positive, can- do attitude that motivates others and aligns with FIRE values.
At least 2 years of full- time experience in marketing, ideally in demand generation and enterprise B2B marketing.
Keen interest in the latest marketing technologies and their potential to drive demand.
Passionate about data, with the ability to manage, collect, and report on metrics that drive action and solve problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with systematic testing processes is advantageous.
