Marketing Staff

Digital Marketing:

Oversee and manage monthly Facebook advertising campaigns.
Negotiate the total quarterly and monthly budget with the BOD and allocate the budget for each channel.
Track, analyze, and report campaign effectiveness to optimize performance.
Lead and execute email marketing campaigns.
Brand & Content Marketing:
Coordinate with PR to deliver key messaging.
Plan, execute, and deliver email marketing newsletters.
Collaborate with the team to develop creative assets according to the marketing plan.
Define the genre of content to align with brand objectives.
Marketing Report & Analytics:
Work closely with cross- functional teams and stakeholders to manage expectations.
Track and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for optimization and long- term performance improvement.
Manage complex creative work streams to ensure timely and complete deliverables.
Event Management:
Plan, execute, and manage all SMB campaigns effectively.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for optimization.
Team Building and Leadership:
Inspire others with our brand spirit and values.
Help cultivate an open and collaborative culture within the in- house creative team.
Mentor and coach junior team members to foster their growth and development.

Previous experience in digital marketing, brand & content marketing, event management, and team leadership.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in campaign tracking and analytics.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
