Marketing Staff (Salary 15-18M)

- Manage social media platforms and online communities to enhance brand presence, increase follower engagement, and foster positive relationships with customers and influencers.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement and conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate promotional events, product launches, and marketing activations both online and offline, ensuring seamless execution and maximizing ROI.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote our F&B offerings, including food products, beverages, and dining experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and F&B to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
- Analyze daily sales & campaign data and prepare weekly report to the Marketing Manager.

- Creative thinking and problem- solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and driving results.
- Good English communication skills
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and strategies, with a focus on brand management and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross- functional teams.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing roles F&B industry (in advance).
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing.
