Marketing Team Leader

Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns by utilizing key performance indicators and market feedback;
Propose and implement measures for improvement based on the analysis of collected data and information;
Design and execute all- inclusive marketing strategies in accordance with the organization’s business plan, with a prime focus on digital marketing, particularly search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM), to increase brand awareness and sales performance;
Manage marketing projects, from the planning stage all the way to implementation and performance evaluation;

Manage and develop the marketing team, include: Digital Marketing, Communication, Design to achieve the set goals;
Coordinate and work closely with the Sales Manager, BOD to make recommendations and plans to enhance business activities;

At least 3 years of marketing experience, including team management in international markets;
Fluent in English: 7.0 IELTS;
Visionary with a data- driven mindset. Not only highly analytical and strategic but also creative and hands- on in nature;
Hold University in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant field; MSc/MA will be a plus;

Experience in technology or e- commerce industry is a plus;
Proven experience and success across all disciplines of marketing (branding, strategy, content marketing, SEO, SEM, business development, product);
Strong project management, people management and leadership skills;
