Marketing Team Leader

Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to stay ahead of the curve in monetization strategies.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for expansion.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and client needs.
Manage the marketing budget effectively and allocate resources to achieve maximum ROI.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
Create and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms, including online advertising, social media, and email marketing.
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support.
Stay informed about regulatory changes and best practices in digital marketing.

Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing roles with a focus on digital marketing
Understanding of programmatic advertising and the publisher ecosystem is a plus
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.

Experience in leading and managing marketing teams.
