Marketplace Executive (Tiktok Brand Management)

Tiktok operation: 35%

Other tasks to be assigned by Line Manager.
Manage stocks: Ensure there is no stock shortage of top sku & deals.
Daily collaborate with platform KAM to monitor & optimize performance.

Tiktok live streaming plan & execution: 65%

Manage livestream performance and make plan with brand management team to collaborate with KOL/KOC to deliver sales target and other improvement methods.
Set up deals in Tiktok platform and create new combo in internal system
Recruit and manage Host livestream to run daily live (16 hours) to build brands.
Prepare Livestream: prepare document, data & script for livestreaming, prepare products’ testers in advance and handling testers, prevent loss, work with Creative team to deliver final designed livestream frame, be able design basic product thumbnails, standby during livestreams.
Follow up with document/payment when booking KOL, agencies,...

Relevant experience in Livestreaming, especially handling with the agency and KOL/KOC.
Good team player, fast learner, very detailly and work under pressure.
Nearly 2 years in e- commerce operation (Tiktok management is a plus), ability to multi- task handling and data management.
Photoshop or basic design is a plus.
Planning skills is nice to have.
