Key Responsibilities
Role SummaryThis role focuses on CRM operations, marketing automation execution, and Martech platform coordination. The Senior Martech Specialist supports the Growth Marketing team in managing customer segmentation, campaign operations, and Martech platforms to drive customer acquisition and engagement.

Assist in platform improvement initiatives and system maintenance.
Support Martech platform operations such as Oracle Responsys and internal marketing tools.
Prepare campaign targeting lists and validate customer data.
Monitor campaign performance and segment effectiveness.
Manage lifecycle segmentation (new, active, dormant customers).
Support marketing automation journeys such as welcome flows, reminders, and follow- up campaigns.
Build and maintain customer segments for marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with IT teams for system integration and platform enhancement requests.
Support notification delivery systems (e.g., Firebase push notifications).
Coordinate with vendors for SEO, marketing services, and campaign delivery.
Manage website content updates including landing pages and marketing banners.
Manage campaign calendar and coordinate campaign setup.

Requirements

•Experience working with cross- functional teams including Marketing, IT, and external vendors.
•Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and APIs.
•Strong analytical thinking and reporting capability.
•Experience with CRM segmentation and campaign management.
•Fluent Vietnamese and strong English communication skills.
•4–6 years of experience in Martech, CRM operations, marketing automation, or digital marketing systems.
•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or related fields.
•Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Oracle Responsys, HubSpot, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
