Job Summary
The Mass Recruiter is responsible for high- volume recruitment of field staff for Field Force projects and supporting payroll services for clients. This role requires strong independence, high stress tolerance, and the ability to take full ownership of recruitment outcomes in a fast- paced, project- based environment.
Key Responsibilities
Mass Recruitment & Project Staffing
• Build, manage, and maintain large- scale talent pools (PG, PB, Sales Rep, Auditor, Supervisor, etc.).
• Screen, interview, and deploy candidates to ensure timely and quality hiring.
• Conduct high- volume recruitment of field staff for Field Force projects (E.g Audit, POSM, etc.)
• Coordinate closely with Operations/Project teams to meet staffing timelines and requirements.
Payroll Service Support
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data for payroll processing.
• Support payroll services for clients by managing field staff information and documentation.
• Act as a recruitment focal point for payroll- related staffing projects.
Data Management & Reporting
• Track recruitment progress, staffing status, and hiring performance.
• Maintain and update a high- volume candidate database.
• Prepare recruitment reports (weekly/monthly/project- based) as required.
Process Ownership & Independent Working
• Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency and speed.
• Handle high- pressure, fast- paced project demands with resilience and accountability.
• Work independently with strong ownership of recruitment targets and outcomes.
Key Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mass recruitment, preferably in agency or headhunting environments.
• Proven experience in high- volume field staff recruitment.
• Hands- on experience in payroll operations for projects.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication, coordination, and problem- solving skills.
• High stress tolerance, strong ownership, and ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
