Master Data Management Specialist (Agile/Database)

JOB PURPOSE:

Master Data specialist for business’s core applications, gathering Information, functional demands and needs within business units or departments; provide analytical and technical support to a business through the development of innovative programs and solutions.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
MASTER DATA GOVERNANCE :

Processes and Policies needed to implement Master Data Governance
Master data document management: clean, up to date, consistency and integrity
Responsible for Data Requirement Specification set- up, review and sign- off: scope include objects & systems, data object ownership matrix

MASTER DATA ANALYSIS:

Data analysis in Excel using Pivot and other analytical tools/functions
Support for functional design and validation of the mapping, include transformation, harmonization rules with business.
Gap analysis for master data: system design vs business requirement
Data quality analysis report/ dashboard
Report for Data Insight

MASTER DATA OPERATION:

High quality Master data for business operation.
Master data is maintained in system follow well control procedure.
Support Master Data maintenance activity in ERP and other systems
Supports Data Migration activity in upload file preparation and carries- out data quality check before load

PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION:

Participate in the development, implementation of Enterprise application for Asia BUs, including Feed and Value Chain
Responsible for MDM part in Enterprise application implementation projects

Yêu cầu công việc

Effective communication and empathy both in Vietnamese & English (oral, written, presentation), interpersonal and consultative skills
Experience with Portfolio, program, and project management (comfortable with Agile is an advantage)
Strong performance to act within given boundaries
Comfortable with managing internal relationships and partnerships
Ability to gather the needed information, to define the needs and demands on information management and functionality with the ability to move between strategy, tactical and operational demands delivering high- quality products
Experience in working/analyzing with primary and comprehensive processes within the business unit or knowledge of cross- function tasks, processes and information needs
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a closely related field is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of or oversight of business and some technology trends
