Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail- oriented Master Data Management Specialist to oversee the organization, quality, and integrity of our master data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing master data management strategies, ensuring data harmonization / consistency across the organization, and supporting various business functions with accurate, reliable and complete master data
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to define data management roles and responsibilities.
Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
Data Quality Management:
Develop, monitor and maintain data quality rules, standards and practices.
Identify and resolve data quality issues and inconsistencies.
Data Integration:
Coordinate data integration activities between different systems and applications.
Ensure seamless data flow and consistency across platforms.
Master Data Creation and Maintenance:
Work with stakeholders to define data requirements and data models.
Establish processes for the creation, maintenance, and retirement of master data records.
Tools and Technology:
Work with IT and vendors to ensure MDM solutions meet business needs.
Evaluate and implement MDM tools and technologies.
Reporting and Analysis:
Analyze / Audit and generate reports on data accuracy, consistency, completeness (i.e. quality) and usage to track progress and performance.
Analyze data trends to provide insights to stakeholders.
Training and Support:
Provide ongoing support and guidance regarding master data initiatives.
Educate staff on master data management best practices and system usage.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
Experience in data quality management and data integration.
Excellent analytical, problem- solving, and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with data modeling and database management systems.
Project management experience in MDM initiatives.
Knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, retail, F&B or FMCG industry verticals.
Knowledge of the Food industry/ FnB chain regulations and compliance standards related to data management.
Working time: Monday- Friday
