This position will be provided shuttle bus from Vung Tau/ Bien Hoa/ District 2/ Thu Duc City to Nhon Trach Industrial Park (40- 50 minutes transportation to our Factory)
Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.
Preparing cost estimates and performance reports
Analyse rolling demand forecasting 18 months from Key Account Management and Business Development and plan material requirements for forecasted Finished Goods orders from customers by determining the quantity and date materials needed to ensure optimal inventory levels and identify the Gap or Issue to Top Management when required
Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, supplier payments, etc.
Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost- efficient.
Cooperate with cross- functional team to solve raw material issues (shortages, quality), or revise plan in case of late delivery of material, packaging (both soft file and SAP system) on development, continual improvement, preventive action and permanent corrective action on quality, delivery, and efficiency , ensure that production plan is proceeded smoothly Weekly/Daily and achieve company targets
Coordinate with related departments to determine and solve raw material issues or any existing material shortages that need to be expedited so that production plan is proceeded smoothly Weekly/Daily and ensure achieve the target.
Coordination of the scheduling process between sales, production and procurement and proactively communicate supply chain issues and provide alternatives.
Coordinate shortage and surplus of BOM (bill of material) components with Finance, purchasing team to solve out the issue on weekly basis
Keep track of Material Inventory and ensure control over distribution.
Monitor re- order points and initiates action to replenish stock and Responsible for inventory turn/ inventory levels.
Recommend and implement procedures either new or revised one from the current.
Meeting with purchaser to set up safety stock for materials long lead time and solve arising issues during follow- up goods and set up meeting with purchaser and sub- con to get the best schedule.
Determining the required materials and generating purchase requests.
Determine raw material requirements for production & purchasing and create purchase requests to the Purchasing department with emphasis on Quality, Delivery, require quantity as forefront priority and product processing and follow through from Purchasing of the Delivery.
Cooperate with CS/Project/R&D & other relevant to highlight risk for material changing, to solve inventory reserve
Follow up strictly master schedule and push materials to deliver on time and arrival date for the materials needed, work closely with Purchaser, Production Planner, and WH to ensure the material is ready for production.
Coordinate and expedite the flow of materials (from suppliers and within departments) according to production schedules and plan and schedule material/production needs to ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
Introduce long term resolutions to shortages due to lack of material control on the production floor.
Extract production schedule from SAP B1 and monitor and ensure all materials, and component stocks movement with accuracy and available always for mass production
