Materials Engineer (Kỹ Sư Nguyên Vật Liệu)

- Work with supplier (FVN, …) for plan compouding & delivering
- Daily tracking production plan from PPIC and calculation for 1.5~2days material stock in CM WH
- Keep up- to- date Compound formulation on mass production line
- Request material from main WH to CM WH for mass production
- Tracking material stock & transfering on WL system in correct number
- Tracking operator can input correctly compound quantity, name… on scan & scale system
- Tracking and control CM material stock at CM WH Monthly stock- count all material at CM Department with CM Admin, CM Logistic & ACC team
- KPI data collecting and provide to LEAN team
- Tracking and planning for Team Leader TEST PLATE running and send sample to QA for testing material LOT number
- Planning and follow- up concept of " how to treat left- Over of compound slow moving"
- Manage CM PBI Material Report
- Other jobs assigned by CM manager
- Manage and control material at CM WH OMS On- Hand order daily tracking and update colorant status for mass prod
- RE monthly tracking & update to WH, GA for next step
- Control compound stock in CM W/H, ensure supply to production follow FIFO
- Control quality for every lot of compounds (contamination, color visual) and work with supplier (FVN, …) for complaining process

- Experience in working with material, pigments and masterbatches
- University graduated in Chemical Engineer, Material Management
- New graduates without experience will be trained
- Working experience in Manufacturing company
