M&E Assistant Manager

** When involving projects:
- Review and approve shop drawing, material&039;s specification to ensure that they are comply with commitment and customer requirements
- Provide technical advice about plan, organize and supervise staffs and subcontractors ensure that their task are completed on time and quality
- Responsible for coordinating the work of subcontractors, attend site inspection and manage testing & commissioning the systems before handover
ensure that installation & setting conform to standard and design
- Support PM manage the rising cost, schedule and risk management on a portfolio of projects
- Manage and ensure the works are carried out comply with in house standard process and procedure
** When take care after handover service:
- Coordinate with subcontractor & supplier find the best solution to advise to top
- Responsible for interacting with client staff and other sections to identify and resolve the defect and problem relate to M&E works
Manager for the technical matter
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers by applying superb customer service and technical skills
- Directly supervisor subcontractor to carry out the service works if required
- Prepare accurate and timely reports

Yêu cầu công việc

- Must have good presentational skills and be capable of dealing at all levels
- At least 7 years experience in M&E engineering especial construction
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English (TOEC 550)
- Work out on a construction site in all weathers, depending on the location of the project need to relocate or lengthy commute
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to
- Graduated from technical university with major are electrical engineering or thermal engineering
- Good MS Office and Autocad, prefer proficient in Revit MEP
- Problem solving and good time management skills
- Resourceful and willing to work far away from HCM or oversea
communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner
