ME Manager

A leading manufacturer of sportswear and garments for globally recognized brands, we are a dynamic company with a workforce of 4,000 employees. As we expand our production activities, we&039;re seeking a talented and experienced Factory Manager to join our team.

Effectively delegate tasks and provide ongoing support to M&E staff.
Utilize AutoCAD software for technical drawings and project visualization.
Implement and enforce operational procedures within the M&E departments.
Manage material procurement, including raw material calculation and quantity control.
Proactively identify and address infrastructure maintenance needs.
Oversee all aspects of M&E operations, including production support, infrastructure maintenance, and equipment management.
Prepare and submit documents for environmental, fire protection, and wastewater treatment approvals.
Monitor and manage the performance of our Network Service Provider (NTP).
Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for company infrastructure, equipment, and machinery.
Develop and present construction plans and proposals.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing or production environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
