Mechanical Leader (Manufacturing, ID 17558) wanted for a foreign- invested company! $900/month salary + opportunities to grow!

Implement root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring problems.
Develop solutions to enhance machine reliability and longevity.
Conduct training sessions to enhance team members&039; technical skills.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Other duties assigned by the Manager.
Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers and technicians.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and mechanical systems.
Collaborate with the engineering team to design and improve mechanical systems.
Work with suppliers and vendors for equipment upgrades and spare parts.
Analyze existing machinery and propose modifications for better performance.
Monitor and improve machine performance to minimize downtime.
Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and meets safety standards.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, operations, or design.
Proficiency in CAD software and mechanical design tools.
Male; Under 35 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Strong problem- solving skills and hands- on experience with mechanical systems.
