Job Description
Assist in researching potential partners, signing contracts, and storing partner information and referrals
Related tasks assigned by Line Manager
Be responsible for checking documents monthly, prepare monthly payment documents and receivable status with Vendor
Mainly support to the Partnership Department.
Monitor and execute tasks related to Business portal on Advertising platform (Meta, Google, Tiktok,..)
Support internal process: reconcile, contract review.
Job Requirements
Skills & Knowledge & Qualification
Prudent, honest, proactive
Intermediate English skill (IELTS 6.0/TOEIC 800 or relevant)
Good task management and problem- solving skills
Familiar with Advertising Business portals is a plus
Solid knowledge of Marketing is a plus
3rd- or 4th- year students from any fields
Good operational skills
Good at Microsoft Office
Eager to learn, can- do spirit and growth mindset
