We are looking for a Media Executive to independently execute, optimize, and analyze digital media campaigns across multiple platforms. This role plays a key part in ensuring media performance delivery aligns with approved strategies, objectives, and KPIs, while working closely with internal teams to drive campaign effectiveness.

Job Description
Media Execution & Campaign Delivery (35%)
Conduct pre- launch checks to ensure naming conventions, tracking implementation, and setup requirements are correctly followed.
Set up campaigns including creative uploads, objectives, targeting, budgets, placements, and tracking links with guidance from senior team members.
Execute and support paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other approved platforms under approved media plans and internal guidelines.
Monitor live campaigns daily to ensure stable delivery and promptly report any technical or delivery issues.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting (30%)
Monitor key performance indicators including spend, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, and CPM.
Collect daily and weekly performance data from media platforms to support internal tracking and reporting.
Update performance tracking files and dashboards accurately and on time.
Identify abnormal fluctuations or delivery risks and escalate to senior team members with initial observations.
Media Performance Optimization (15%)
Track and analyze performance changes after optimization actions to evaluate impact and effectiveness.
Execute structured testing for audiences, creatives, formats, and bidding approaches to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Monitor campaign performance continuously and execute optimization actions related to budget pacing, bidding strategies, targeting logic, and creative rotation.
Identify underperforming components within campaigns and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
Media Operations & Internal Coordination (10%)
Follow internal media processes, documentation standards, and reporting requirements consistently.
Support media cost tracking and basic reconciliation tasks in coordination with Account teams.
Work with Creative and Planning teams to improve overall campaign effectiveness based on media performance data.
Coordinate closely with Account teams to ensure performance updates, insights, and recommendations are accurate, aligned, and client- ready.
Media Data & Learning (10%)
Contribute campaign learnings and performance insights for internal knowledge sharing and future planning reference.
Flag data inconsistencies or tracking issues across platforms and reports.
Support verification of tracking setup and conversion events to ensure data accuracy.
REQUIREMENT
5–2 years of experience in Media Buying, Digital Media, or Performance Marketing, preferably in agency environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross- functional teams.
Good English skills for professional communication, reporting, and documentation.
Strong analytical mindset with good attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Solid understanding of media planning, buying, optimization, and performance measurement across major digital platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok; programmatic is a plus).
