Media Executive

1, Take photos / Video as requests- inhouse
• Communicate with related department for conducting inhouse photography requests.
• Main topic: VIP Group photos/ Event photos/ Food & Beverage photos / Spa photos
• Receive the request from other departments. Conduct and report on time.
2, Collaborate with Supplier to conduct the content as request:
• Paperwork (Quotation, Purchase Request, Contract, Invoice)
• Follow up with Supplier to get the final output and submit to Managers.
• Clarify the Media request from Managers and brief for Suppliers
3, Manage Gallery/ Data
• Categories the data in the smart ways to easy connect.
• Prepare the album as specific requests.
• Regular backup data.
4, Collaborate with Furama’s Partners for Specific Media Project. (Partners of Furama such as: Danang Local TV Channels, OTA, TA,....)
• Site Inspection with guests (Photos/ Videos purposes)
• Communicate with related department for conducting the Media Project
• Work with outside team to clarify the requests.
• Follow and Support outside team to conduct the Media Project.
5, Plan the Creative project and conduct
• Colloaborate with related department to conduct the approved creative plan.
• Collaborate with Marketing to make sure the content is published and follow up with the Content performance (Increasing in view)
• Plan to produce the Creative content weekly/ Special Occasion.
6, Manage Photos/ Videos Online Platform
• Raise the Ideas of new trends.
• Regular upload the Photos/ Videos Online Platform such as Youtube, Tik Tok, Flickr, OTA.
7, Reports
• Report as requested from managers
8, Others
• Any reasonable job assignments from Sales Directors/Revenue Director
• Conduct site inspection if request from managers

Creative & organized
Good English (04 skills)
Professional grooming and communication Skill
Candidates with Bachelor&039;s Degree in Marketing, Media or related field
Candidates with Sales & Hospitality background are preferred
Photography and Videography Skills
Competency in managing digital media files
