Media Lead

Collaborate with internal team such as Brand MKT, Content creators, Designers, etc., toconduct customer persona research, analyze customer insights, craft advertising messagestailored to the target audience, and execute the most effective advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with external stakeholders (Media Agency) to deliver day- to- day execution ofPerformance campaigns including tracker setup, campaign setup, monitoring & optimizationto ensure the best outcomes of media spending.
Monitor, track, and analyze data on advertising effectiveness across digital platforms, etc. tooptimize budget and effectiveness.
Be responsible important metrics like ROAS
Plan and monitor campaigns for running Ads that align with Marketing objectives.
Address issues related to advertising policies on various platforms.

• Detail orientated, organized & capable of handling workload through timely response
• Eagerness to learn and grow
• Proven track records in campaign performance delivery
• At least 3- 5 years experiences in digital media execution at Media or Digital agency
• Be familiar with digital platforms including Facebook Ad Account and Google Ads
• Good analytical skill sets to deliver optimization efforts
