Media Strategy Lead

• Reports to: Director, Media Strategy
• We’re looking for a Media Strategy Lead to architect breakthrough, multi- channel strategies and steer strategic effectiveness across brands. Agency experience is a strong advantage.
* Key Responsibilities
Media Strategy & Planning (70%)
• Partner with BD/Creative/AP teams for end- to- end integration.
• Build strategic measurement frameworks (KPIs, learning agenda, test- and- learn roadmap).
• Stay ahead of platform trends and solutions; propose innovative, competitive approaches.
• Develop and present integrated, multi- channel media strategies aligned to business goals and customer journeys.
• Plan and allocate budgets by phase/channel to maximize reach, quality, incremental impact, and deliver both branding and performance outcomes (revenue, ROAS, ROI).
Data- informed Insights (10%)
• Interpret high- level data (channel mix, audience, media quality) into strategic insights and clear recommendations.
• Basic familiarity with analytics/visualization tools (GA4, Looker Studio/Power BI) is a plus.
• Collaborate with analytics to standardize reporting and data storytelling for decision- making.
Strategic Execution Oversight (20%)
• Oversee activation against strategy; ensure consistency in messaging, audience, and channels.
• Coordinate with agencies/platform partners to ensure quality and timelines.
• Define strategic optimization principles (mix, flighting, audiences, creative rotation).
Leadership & Team Development
• Lead and mentor the media strategy team; elevate strategic thinking and data storytelling.
• Set output quality standards; foster a proactive, collaborative culture.
Presentation & Client Relations
• Prepare and deliver clear, persuasive plans and reviews to clients and senior leaders.
• Act as a trusted strategic media advisor; build long- term client relationships.
