Medical Team Leader

Team Development: Conduct training of new and existing members to maximize their potential and to support our clients.
Job type: Permanent, full- time
Working hours:5.5 days / week. Your days off will be arranged, but will exclude Saturday and Sunday, our busiest time.
People: Manage staff activities and motivate team members, providing prompt support when needed.
Culture: Lead in communicating “We Care” values and in describing our “Win- Win- Win” philosophy.
Process: Build and improve work process, staff assessment, training materials for staff.
Growth: Take part in interviewing and selecting the best candidates who match with our company culture.
Location: WMC Tower, 102C Cong Quynh, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, D1, HCMC
Equipment & products: Manage medical equipment, medical and product storage and inventory, and work with our suppliers.
Clinic hours: 10:00AM – 7:00 PM (Mon – Sat) / 10:00AM- 5:00PM (Sun).

Professional Qualifications: Degree in Nursing. At least 6 years’ experience, 1 year in managerial level. Preference given to experience in the skincare / beauty industry.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and positive motivator of people.
People Skills: Excellent communication and problem- solving skills with client- oriented and results- driven mindset.
