Medior Java Engineer

To keep you motivated and excited about the work you are completing, our software engineers are rotated between development teams, granting you exposure to a variety of technologies, experiences and perspectives. 
You will gain the opportunity to work on some truly cutting- edge technologies, expanding your knowledge and learning.
You&039;ll be working within a development team of between 3 to 8 team members.
Your team leader will look to you as their most capable team member and will depend on you for input and advice on many areas of the team’s operation.

At least 2 years of commercial experience regularly delivering quality software and overcoming technical challenges.
Tertiary qualifications in software engineering or computer science (or other related discipline).
Good English and communication skills.
Knowledge/experience of SQL.
Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals.
Strong experience in one or more modern programming languages and a willingness to learn more (our development teams predominantly use Java).
Experience with Cloud environments and concepts (AWS, Google or Azure).
Experience with DevOps principles and technology (e.g. Jenkins, Terraform, Docker).
