Hỗ trợ, giải quyết yêu cầu của khách trong quá trình nghỉ dưỡng tại khách sạn/ Assist and handle guests’ requests and inquiries throughout their stay at the hotel.

Vietnamese- Excellent level, written & spoken
Ability in other foreign language is a plus
1 year in the hospitality industry in a similar position in a 5 star, deluxe hotel.
English- Good level, written & spoken
College Degree or above
