MEP Team Leader

- Planning projects and time management.
- Coordinating across multidisciplinary teams.
- Value Engineering.
- Representing the company to Client, during technical meetings.
- Managing MEP (Focus on E and P ) works and be responsible for the coordination and management of all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in projects (Design to IFC stage).
- Communicating ideas and input within Design teams.

- Experience of working on Design & Build projects.
- Experience working on GCC Projects is preferred.
- In- depth knowledge of Change Control.
- Computer skills including BIM.
- Excellent technical knowledge of MEP and building services design principles.
- Background experience in a Lead Design Engineer Role.
- Design experience in various types of buildings.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Degree qualified in MEP Engineering( Prefer in Electrical Engineering/ Plumping and Sanitary/F)
- Be a licensed MEP Engineer, or possess at least equivalent Chartered or Registered Engineering accreditation and membership from a Professional Engineering Institution.
- Aptitude to lead and direct.
- Strong communication skills.
- 10+ years&039; experience within multidisciplinary Buildings MEP Design team management.
- Sound knowledge of various codes and standards (Knowledge of Saudi Building Code is preferred)
