MERCHANDISE SENIOR STAFF

The Merchandiser is responsible for managing subcontractor & decoration supplier. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors to ensure quality and timely production, as well as supporting internal team operations.
- Handle customer complaints, create action plans, and prepare quality matrices for production stages.
- Review supplier production plans, record cost savings, and manage monthly overview reports.
- Prepare and maintain reports on subcontractor production status and quality metrics.
- Conduct incoming inspections and address quality concerns promptly.
- Visit facilities daily for quality checks and output monitoring.
- Monitor performance, suggest improvements, and resolve issues.
- Coordinate material availability with planning and sales teams.
- Ensure printing/coating quality meets customer standards.
- Check and reconcile stock levels, ensuring accuracy in delivery notes.
- Facilitate communication between subcontractors, internal teams, and suppliers.
- Manage subcontractors for quality and schedule adherence.
- Evaluate decoration suppliers and maintain vendor reports.
* Working time: Monday- Friday: 8:00- 16:30, Saturday: 8:00- 12:00 & 1 Saturday off per month* Shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa City to Long Thanh Industrial Zone

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Good at Chinese is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially excel skills)
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Education & Work Experience:
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, English, or related fields.
- Experience required in the materials/purchasing/Sales team of a shoe factory.
