Merchandiser Administrator

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

To provide variety of administration supports to GPD team to facilitate the sample development process.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Download the artwork/spec from system and store/name systematically in local disk
• To be in charge for other weekly and monthly monthly reports (courier invoice checking, stationary request, time attendance)
• To follow up with production team to collect sample.
• Support other issue assigned by supervisor.
• Coordinate efficient flow of production information to related production Dept.
• To prepare the Sample submission form and Issue Sample card.
• To download daily reports from system and send to relevant parties.
• To key in and update all the price/discount provided from Sales Team into the system
• To submit pricing request to GPD Hongkong

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU :

• 1- 3 years administration assistance or data entry experience a plus
• Able to effectively manage many priorities and issues.
• Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and function specific software.
• Strong data entry and organizational skills. Detailed oriented and strong follow- up skills.
• Strong written, verbal and telephone skills.
• College Degree or equivalent required
