Merchandiser — Footwear

Identify and resolve production issues proactively, escalating when necessary
Communicate daily with European clients regarding order status, technical issues, and approvals
Prepare reports and summaries for internal and client review
Coordinate with factories on production timelines, samples, and delivery schedules
Manage end- to- end order follow- up for footwear collections (Spring- Summer & Autumn- Winter seasons)
Review and track tech packs, spec sheets, and product development documentation

Solid technical knowledge of footwear construction and factory processes
2–4 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in footwear
Fluent English — written and spoken (mandatory)
Professional email communication skills and formal client correspondence.
Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage
Advanced Excel skills (tracking sheets, reporting)
Experience working with European brands or buying offices is a plus
Detail- oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
