Merchandiser (Product Developer - Chinese language)

Task 1:
Material voucher control (sample order):
Task 2:
Tracking the in- house fabric shrinkage test report to release material voucher.
Do balancing material and work with Technical for any material consumption was impacted material quality/quantity to work out the reasonabl material voucher.
Tracking the material status report to preparing for material voucher issuing.
Creating and issuing material (Fabric + Accessories) to warehouse & Production at Development stage (including Prototype, PRO/ISR, KAMP/GTM, PM, Ref sample, others..etc).
Tracking sample order planning & progress.
Preparing shipment memo for sample shipment:
Consoliate and do report for sample transportation cost by monthly, season, yearly.
Create shipment memo send to Receptionist do release sample shipment through courier/ Air ((for FOC sample w/o declare custom))
Task 3:
Track & Update shipment memo follow up chart.
· Keep Sample manage
Control the keep sample quantity in- put, out- put and inventory by season & Yearly.
Hang up new keep sample and folded back the old keep sample put in inventory.
Receipt, update & follow up status for keep sample quantity submit by production from each Development stage.
Task 4:
· Sample tag:
Create sample tag with full in info related style develop & cut down be hangtag shape to release sample submission.

- Reference sample
- PRO/ISR
- Prototype sample
- Others sample
Task 5:
Support & others:
Attend management meeting & Development Activities meeting.
Support Clean up Development department’s store to keep 6S.
Support to write down recap from product develop meeting.
Attend the training from external & internal
Consolidate and do report for FOC sample cost.
Support team for strike off cut, trim and paste to submit form.
Perform other task was assigned by team Leader or Manager to support other team incase.

· University majoring in textile technology or related field (Chinese)
- Microsoft Office Certificate & do well in Excel.
- Understand ERP or any similar data system management
- At least >1 Year of experience or with the same position in the company
- Understanding of material consumption calculate
- Good Chinese, English certificate – Rather than Understanding the reading document and basic writing via email communicate
- Basic knowledge & understanding of the garment field
