Merchandising Leader (Garment)

Position Purpose: Manage Production Planning and Control dept., communicate with customer via Sales, co- ordinate import and export.
Main Responsibilities:

Approve shipping documents.
Monitor production preparation and follow- up work with planning, account holder, and sub- material purchasing.
Take own- initiative and work with sales to understand the existing and potential clients profiles and requirements.
Develop PPC Merchandiser in working instructions and procedures, manage and monitor the application
Monitor customer claims and report to management.
Responsible to control and protect company&039;s assets.
Other duties assigned by immediately Supervisor.
Responsible for the enforcement of company&039;s internal labor regulation, policies and procedures or any instruction from the Management.
Ensure the effective and continuous communication with various parties in the Group. He/she should be the link between the factory and the outside world.
To ensure compliance towards safety policies and regulation at all time.
Raw material inventory management including order follow- up with the appointed/own- sourced suppliers.

Problem solving capabilities
English(written/spoken) fluently.
Good communication skills
University degree with quantitative background, such as Industrial Engineering, Statistics or Industrial Management.
Strong IT skills
Minimum 3- year hands on experience in production planning and control of which 1 year at managerial level.
