MICE Sales Executive

Develop effective client retention strategies.
Monitor service quality and ensure client satisfaction.
Ensure event setup and operations meet resort&039;s premium standards.
Achieve assigned MICE revenue targets through new client acquisition and existing client retention.
Maximize hotel revenue and profitability through MICE packages.
Effectively manage and coordinate resources for MICE events.
Develop creative and competitive MICE packages.
Develop strategic approaches and build potential client portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, associations, and partners.
Conduct professional site inspections and venue assessments.
Work closely with F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, and related departments.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the journey from consultation to event completion.
Monitor and analyze KPIs on MICE revenue, conversion rates, and average contract value.
Implement regular client engagement activities.
Provide high- level professional consultation for all MICE clients.
Handle client feedback and requests professionally and promptly.

In- depth knowledge of MICE market and hospitality industry trends.
Have personal laptop.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with corporate clients.
Fluently in English written & verbal communication.
1- 2 years of experience in MICE sales at premium resorts.
Understanding of resort event management procedures.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or related fields.
Strong time management skills and ability to work under high pressure.
Experience in organizing large- scale events is an advantage.
