MICE SALES MANAGER (Quản lý Kinh doanh MICE)

Assists the Director Of Sales & Marketing/ Director of Food & Beverage with the preparation of the annual operating budget together with the Food & Beverage Manager
To manage MICE Sales Team under the supervision of the Director of Sales & Marketing in order to achieve a target MICE Revenue.
Identifies market needs and trends
To actively sell and provide MICE product ensuring that space is utilized to its best advantage and to maximize departmental profit.
Monitors and analyze the menus and products of the competitors

Good writing & communication skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office
Problem- solving, negotiation, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business administration or related field preferred
Over 2 years of relevant experiences or an equivalent combination of education and work- related experiences
