Role Overview
We’re looking for a Mid or Senior Full- Stack Engineer with strong experience building production- ready, high- traffic applications. You will join our core engineering team to design, build, and optimize modern web platforms and AI- driven systems.
This role requires someone with excellent problem- solving skills, a deep understanding of performance optimization, and the ability to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build reliable, production- grade systems capable of handling high traffic and large datasets.
- Ensure performance optimization across frontend, backend, and databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full- stack applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver business value quickly.
- Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
- (Nice to have) Contribute to AI/LLM- driven initiatives, including agent development with LangGraph.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with strong focus on best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional full- stack development experience.
- Proven track record of working on production systems with high traffic.
- Strong expertise in:
React (hooks, performance optimization, SSR/Next.js a plus)
Node.js (scalability, event- driven architecture)
Databases: MongoDB, Redis (indexing, caching, query optimization)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Solid understanding of system design, API design, and distributed systems.
- Ability to diagnose and solve performance bottlenecks.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar).
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with AI agent development or generative AI applications.
- Experience with LLMs, LangChain, or LangGraph.
