Middle - Leader Java Developer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Java Developer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for backend system design and development and ensuring high- quality code delivery in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Apply solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object- oriented design principles to build efficient and maintainable code.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
Work with RDBMS and NoSQL databases (e.g., Oracle, MongoDB), including data modeling and writing stored procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
Participate in system architecture design, write technical specifications, and ensure thorough technical documentation.
Collaborate cross- functionally to deliver solutions aligned with business needs

Excellent problem- solving skills, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
4+ years of experience in Java development, focusing on backend technologies such as Java & Spring Boot.
Proven ability in designing application architecture, creating functional speciications, technical designs, and other relevant technical documentation.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OO design with strong programming skills.
Hands- on experience with RDBMS (data modeling, analysis, programming, stored procedures) and database technologies like Oracle, MongoDB.
Strong experience in working with and integrating RESTful APIs & Microservices.
Degree holder or above in Computer Science/IT or related disciplines.
Strong skills in managing software development, deliveries, and leading technical teams.
Good interpersonal skills, organizational and leadership capabilities.

Nice to Have:

Experience with frontend web development (Ex: Angular/ReactJS/VueJS).
Knowledge of Cloud Azure or AWS deployment & DevOps CI/CD.
Familiarity with Snyk code scan and issueixing.
Enthusiastic about the latest technology trends.
