Responsibilities:

Manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates and review sessions, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead the development and review of complex business requirements documents, ensuring they align with business objectives and strategic goals.
Analyze current practices and systems, recommending improvements and efficiencies using data- driven insights.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of business needs across various departments including IT, marketing, sales, and operations.
Develop and propose business solutions that are innovative and feasible, evaluating risks and potential impacts.
Oversee the implementation of approved solutions, working closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure timely delivery.

Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the software or technology industry.
TOEICs / IELTs certificate
Strong analytical skills, the ability to tackle problems systematically and provide practical solutions.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Demonstrated leadership in managing projects and mentoring team members.
Proficient in Business Analysis tools (e.g., MS Visio, Balsamiq) and techniques.

Salary: Up to $2000 / month
Working hours: Monday- Saturday morning
